Welcome!
This Forum was established with the primary aim of acting as a medium for all Briard lovers and owners to meet, share information, and network in a friendly and supportive environment.
The focus of the Forum is anything to do with Briards. This is also a very social Forum, within which many of us share our own Briard news and experiences.
New members are very welcome, whether they be interested in simply some Briard doggy chat, or to find out more about the Briard.
New Members will receive a welcome message under the Board 'Woof Woof Welcome'. It would be considered very polite if you replied to this message and gave details about yourself and Briards or other dogs. Photos, videos, etc are all welcome – everyone loves photos! If you have trouble uploading photos please contact one of the Forum admin staff.
You can find your way to the Discussion Boards by clicking on the 'Forum' link below under 'Site Navigation'. We look forward to seeing you there Smiley
Kind Regards, Forum Admin.

A Forum is an online community, people join a Forum as they have have something in common with other members, in our case, our beloved Briards. In our Forum, we have laughed together, we have cried together, we have experienced births, deaths and marriages, of people, and of our Briards. We have shared great joy and great sorrow, there has always been someone there when we needed a shoulder to lean on or to share a funny episode in our life. Some people have shared intensely private moments, and great friendships have been formed by people who have never even met each other.

So, our Forum is all about sharing - and we welcome new members with open arms, there is always a welcome message for them, BUT we also expect new members to share, and this has not really been happening. We also realise that not everybody has time to read or respond to every post!! Not many people do . . So we have created some new member groups, and those people who have posted less than3 times are now called 'whelp's'  . They will be able to view only a couple of boards. Hopefully this will encourage people to post and to share more of themselves. There will be a new board created, especially for whelps and for new members. Once people have reached the required number of posts, (3) access to the rest of the boards will be granted automatically.
